Smoking along makes the arteries and veins harden, this causes the blood to pump less effectively.

Alcohol is a danger to the lives, the two vices put together can lead to deterioration, early disability, and even death.

One thing that most people don’t realize is a danger to their health and well-being is stress. Learn to properly manage stress, as that will do wonders for your mental and physical health.

Try to come up with ways lessen the effects of stress, yoga, swimming, walking, or just spending time away from it all with relaxing music.
